Here at The Retro Candy Store each order is very important to us. 

We always aim to prepare and dispatch your order on the same or the following working day on which your order was placed.

All our orders are tracked and recorded so we can in the event of a delivery issue we can find out where your order has got to.

We currently only ship to locations in the UK, England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. This is due to the shipping cost. If you do want to order from outside the UK please email us first.

Our shipping prices start from just £3.99 and are dependent on the order, the final cost is calculated at the checkout stage.

We cannot be responsible for delays to your delivery due to courier errors, delays or parcels being lost in the delivery network. We have no control over delivery times and only give these as a guide.

During particularly busy periods such as the run up to Easter, Halloween and Christmas, to ensure your order arrives on time please order early to avoid disappointment.
